Landrun third-party notice

The Linux sandbox backend and filesystem permission model owe a clear debt to
Landrun, an excellent, compact Go implementation of practical Landlock
sandboxing. The design of Landrun made the Linux side of this project much
simpler and better. Portions of the Linux backend and ELF dependency discovery
are derived from or inspired by Landrun and are used under the MIT License.
